Return Policy
If you are not happy with your Faceline Inc, purchase for any reason, we will be happy to make a return.
Items returned must be in their original condition with the tags still attached.
Exchanging and returning products
Exchanging or returning products will be discussed with Faceline Inc, and must be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the invoice date. Always state cause and send a copy of the invoice or the delivery note. Garments with print cannot be exchanged. The article has to be a part of Faceline Inc, standard selection. If Faceline Inc, is not the cause of the return we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s price at the time of the invoice. The sender pays for the freight when returning a product.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Faceline Inc will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for any defective items or if the wrong item was shipped. If item are being return for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping and handling costs.
NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Return Shipment
For your protection, be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Faceline Inc, can not provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
